Empty state

Empty state gives the user an explanation when a list, integration, or process has no content. It is better than a blank area because it tells the user whether the situation is normal.

Availability

Empty state can be used in every placement and structure block, including Repeater.

Add and configure

  1. Add Empty state from Structure.
  2. Enter a required Title.
  3. Optionally add a Message with an explanation or next steps.
The title and message can contain dynamic values.

Data, rules, and steps

Normally, use a visibility rule, e.g.:
  • show when “Associated deals · Count is 0”;
  • show when a connector field is empty;
  • show when a form choice means no follow-up is needed.
Combine it with the opposite rule on the table, chart, or repeater so only one state is shown.

Limitations and tips

The schema supports an optional illustration, but it cannot be enabled in the current designer. Empty state has no built-in action. Add a separate CRM action or button if the user should be able to resolve the situation directly.
