Status tag

Status tag is a compact chip for a short status, such as “Active”, “Overdue”, “Pending”, or “Synced”.

Availability

Status tag can be used in all placements and is especially well suited to narrow cards and repeaters.

Add and configure

  1. Add Status tag from CRM data.
  2. Enter the Text as a fixed or dynamic value.
  3. Choose a Tone: neutral, success, warning, critical, or info.

Data, rules, and steps

The text can come from the record, a form, a selected record, an external system, or — inside a repeater — the current row. The whole tag can have a visibility rule and belong to a step. If the color should depend on data, you can use multiple status tags with mutually exclusive visibility rules.

Limitations and tips

The tone is static per building block; there is no direct tone mapping in the inspector. Table columns, on the other hand, can have automatic status mapping from the configuration. The schema supports a hollow appearance, but hollow cannot be selected in the current designer. Keep the text short. A status tag is not suited to explanatory sentences; use Text or Alert when context is needed.
